What Did We Do?

Methods: First off, two of our group members collected soil samples from our campus and a nearby forest. Then 6 total labelled tubes (3 forest, 3 campus) were setup with soil samples wrapped with cloth and mesh to be left sitting in water for 24 hours to make sure nematodes ended up in the bottom of the tubes. We then took water samples from all of the tubes, labelled them, and counted all of the present nematodes. One nematode from each dish was put through a PCR test to look at its DNA but that is not important to the current hypothesis presented.
